Location: East LondonDuties and Responsibilities:
- Building Condition Assessment
- Conduct and compile annual building condition reports.
- Identify repair, maintenance, or renovation needs.
- Provide initial cost estimates for required work.
- Compliance & Facilities Management Execution
- Maintain accurate Asset Registers and PPM schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of PPM services.
- Deliver integrated facilities management aligned with company strategy.
- Enforce work permit issuance and OH&S compliance.
- Manage service providers per SLAs.
- Adhere to ISO standards.
- Ensure emergency and disaster preparedness.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Facilities Services & Contractor Management
- Log and resolve service issues via Help Desk.
- Oversee fabric repairs, lighting replacements, and stock control.
- Coordinate maintenance and minor projects.
- Ensure job card sign-off after quality checks.
- Monitor SLA performance and report non-conformances.
- Maintain updated document libraries.
- Monthly Reporting
- Provide reports on various topics.
- Recommend cost and operational efficiency improvements.
- Tenant Installations & R&M
- Manage capex within budget.
- Compare costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee and sign off on R&M work.
Skills: 3-5 years relevant experience, Intermediate technical knowledge, Understanding of Soft Services management, OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management
