? Perform Administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, filing, documentation control and addressing queries, etc.? Process admissions and discharges? Assist to ensure quality and efficient stock control? Billing of Ward stock sheets ? Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys? Provide ad hoc duties as and when required? Adhere to company policy and procedures? Matric compulsory? Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital environment? Mandatory administration or ward clerk experience? Computer literacy essential? Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations? Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
