- Must be able to work shifts (day, night, Sundays and public holidays)
- Scheduling kitchen staff shifts
- Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff
- Health and safety compliance
- Keeping cost reports
- Assisting in menu development and improvement as well as costings
- Maintain kitchen inventory
- Supervise food preparation and cooking
- Managing food storage standards
- Good understanding of a breakfast type menu
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Overseeing kitchen operations
