Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Monitor and manage working capital, and take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.- Reconciling intercompany loans, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.- Assist in capturing and maintain accurate and organized financial records.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting.- 1-2 years of experience in a junior financial management role.Skills:- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
