- Check goods received in conjunction with the Kitchen Supervisor
- Pack goods received in the appropriate areas
- Assist the Catering Manager in keeping stores secure
- Responsible for the general tidiness of the store area
- Responsible for issuing of all goods from the store and recording thereof
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of store control procedures
- General knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedure
- Physical ability to lift and pack stores items neatly
- Availability to work extra hours
- Honesty and integrity
