Service Storeman (CPT)

• Control the daily movement and storage of stock, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times.
• Hand over correct loan stock as requested to technicians promptly.
• Update job cards with order details.
• Check all stock loaned to Technicians weekly.
• Book in stock returned from technicians daily.
• Follow up on stock ordered for repairs to confirm if it has been dispatched from head office.
• Follow safe handling procedures with all stock to ensure 0% damages. This includes correct handling of all items with circuits (never touching copper parts directly with fingers.)
• Maintain effective and correct shelving arrangement with correct item codes displayed.
• Complete daily cycle checks as assigned by Service Stores Administrator.
• Complete sections of annual stock take as assigned.

• Matric
• At least 1 year’s applicable warehouse/stores experience in ICT

• Good organisational skills.
• Using information technology.
• Good time management.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Mustek processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Stock taking & Inventory Keeping.
• Health and safety.
• Best storage practices to mitigate risk in terms of damage, loss of stock.
• Correct handling to prevent damage.
