Job DetailsOur client, a Commercial & Residential Property Developments company, seeks a Buildings Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in East London.Must live in or around the Beacon Bay Area.Must have Commercial, Retail or Industrial Facilities Management Experience to apply.Job Purpose:To oversee and manage the general wellbeing of the buildings within your portfolioEnsuring the properties/ buildings are at all times safe, healthy and fully functionalTo be compliant and adhere to company policy, National Facilities Management Strategy and industry regulations within your portfolioExecution and monitoring of all Service Level Agreements and signed leasesRequirements:Grade 12Appropriate tertiary Facilities Management related education (construction or mechanical or technical or drafting)Project Management qualification (advantageous)3- 5 years relevant experience (commercial, retail and Industrial).MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook & MDAIntermediate technical knowledge (Fundamentals of building, mechanical, technical and soft services)Understand the management of Soft ServicesOHS ActISO 9001 Quality ManagementValid License and Own TransportDuties include, but are not limited to:Submit building condition assessment reportCompliance and execution of Facilities Management Strategy, Company Policies and Industry RegulationsEffective Management of all Facilities related services and contractorProvide Accurate Monthly Reports as required by the NFM.Tenant Installation & Repairs & Maintenance - (versus project work / renovation)
