Job Summary Job & Company Description:We are representing a highly respected and established player in the property industry - a group with a diverse portfolio, long-term growth vision, and a reputation for excellence in development, investment, and management. With a robust pipeline of developments and an agile approach to market trends, they are actively positioning themselves for sustained growth and national expansion. As Group Finance Manager, you will sit at the centre of strategic decision-making, reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with the leadership team. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.Duties include (not limited to)

Strategic Leadership – Drive the group’s long-term financial strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and expansion goals
Group Reporting & Consolidations – Oversee accurate, timely reporting and consolidation of results across all entities
Performance Management – Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise profitability
Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a similar role
Management experience required
Property experience required
