Manage day-to-day property maintenance and repairs.
Lead and motivate on-site staff and contractors.
Ensure proactive and responsive tenant service.
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory controls.
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards across all sites.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 5 years experience in residential property or facilities management.
Proven track record in maintenance planning, contractor management, and compliance.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Budgeting and financial control experience.
Knowledge of OHS and building compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills.
Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
