You will be responsible for the full candidate journeyfrom initial contact to placementensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers, TAs, therapists, psychologists, etc.)Maintain strong, supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment processManage job adverts, monitor applications, and conduct CV shortlistingConduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standardsCollaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talentEnsure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal databaseDeliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placementAbout YouPrevious experience in UK education recruitment is essentialFamiliarity with roles such as teachers, TAs, SEN specialists, and other education professionalsStrong candidate management and delivery capabilitiesKnowledge of compliance and safeguarding protocols in the education sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactiveAble to work remotely and independently while engaging closely with a UK-based team
