Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of employee benefit clients.
  • Drive growth by securing new employee benefit clients through referrals from affiliate companies within our group.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the employee benefits division.
  • Travel nationally to engage with clients and affiliates as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Over 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
  • Relevant qualifications as required under the FAIS Act.
  • Strong skills in business development and relationship management.
  • A proven ability to operate at a senior level in the financial services industry.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage synergies across a larger group.
