- Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone.
- Configure client software, email accounts, and troubleshoot related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange.
- Conduct regular patch management, hardware support, and antivirus updates via RMM tools.
- A 2 or 3-year Diploma in IT support services, or
- A+ and N+ certifications.

- 4–5 years in a similar Support or Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Office 365:
- User management (Azure AD sync or cloud).
- Exchange and mailbox troubleshooting.
- Spam filtering, mail tracing, and DNS management.
