Senior Desktop and Office 365 Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone.
  • Configure client software, email accounts, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange.
  • Conduct regular patch management, hardware support, and antivirus updates via RMM tools.
Academic Requirements:
  • A 2 or 3-year Diploma in IT support services, or
  • A+ and N+ certifications.
  • If you have additional certifications or qualifications, let us know, as we value a well-rounded technical foundation.
Work Experience:
  • 4–5 years in a similar Support or Engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Office 365:
  • User management (Azure AD sync or cloud).
  • Exchange and mailbox troubleshooting.
  • Spam filtering, mail tracing, and DNS management.
