• Building Condition Assessment

• Conduct and compile annual building condition reports.

• Identify repair, maintenance, or renovation needs.

• Provide initial cost estimates for required work.

• Compliance & Facilities Management Execution

• Maintain accurate Asset Registers and PPM schedules.

• Ensure timely execution of PPM services.

• Deliver integrated facilities management aligned with company strategy.

• Enforce work permit issuance and OH&S compliance.

• Manage service providers per SLAs.

• Adhere to ISO standards.

• Ensure emergency and disaster preparedness.

• Conduct regular property inspections.

• Facilities Services & Contractor Management

• Log and resolve service issues via Help Desk.

• Oversee fabric repairs, lighting replacements, and stock control.

• Coordinate maintenance and minor projects.

• Ensure job card sign-off after quality checks.

• Monitor SLA performance and report non-conformances.

• Maintain updated document libraries.

• Monthly Reporting

• Provide reports on various topics.

• Recommend cost and operational efficiency improvements.

• Tenant Installations & R&M

• Manage capex within budget.

• Compare costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee and sign off on R&M work.
