Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations / Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at our Cape Town office. Minimum Requirements: •5 years' experience in warehouse/operations management •Fluent in English and Afrikaans •Aged 30-45 •Must have own, reliable transport •Strong leadership and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets - Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch operations - Process and manage incoming orders and work instructions efficiently - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Ensure all company vehicles are clean, serviced, and roadworthy - Oversee quality control of all modifications and warehouse output - Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory accuracy - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols - Monitor and improve warehouse workflows and operational efficiency - Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Train new staff and conduct ongoing skills development for the team Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, deliveries, and team performance Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation.
