We are currently recruiting for a bookkeeper with HR administrative experience; the role is a temporary one, and will require some onsite work.Scope of Work:
  • Verification of submitted time sheets (contractors, client submissions)
  • Prepare & submit invoices (client services rendered, software licenses)
Prepare & submit statements
New staff onboarding functions * Travel arrangements
  • General administrative functions
Experience/Qualfications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper/HR onboarding coordinator
  • Related tertiary qualification
  • Matric essential
  • Advanced Excel
  • SAGE software experience for HR & Payroll functions (highly advantageous)
