- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer performance review process, track objectives, and support corrective action plans
- Manage employee records, leave administration, and HRIS data integrity
- Provide guidance on labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, NMW, UIFA) and ensure compliance
- Handle employee relations cases: conflict resolution, grievances, and exit interviews
- Draft and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and communication templates
- Coordinate training needs analysis, schedule sessions, and evaluate effectiveness
- Prepare statutory returns, EE reports, and support internal/external audits
- Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to inform decision-making
- Sage payroll proficient
- HR Diploma or Degree
- SAGE Payroll
- 3-5 years experience
