  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs
  • Administer performance review process, track objectives, and support corrective action plans
  • Manage employee records, leave administration, and HRIS data integrity
  • Provide guidance on labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, NMW, UIFA) and ensure compliance
  • Handle employee relations cases: conflict resolution, grievances, and exit interviews
  • Draft and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and communication templates
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, schedule sessions, and evaluate effectiveness
  • Prepare statutory returns, EE reports, and support internal/external audits
  • Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to inform decision-making
  • Sage payroll proficient
Qualifications
