- Matric (Grade 12).
- HR Diploma/Certificate (advantageous but not always essential).
- Ability to work with a headcount of over 600 employees
- 12 years HR administration or general admin experience.
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR documentation (contracts, onboarding, timesheets, leave forms).
- Ability to capture and upload employee and payroll documentation accurately into the HRIS system.
- Skilled in preparing, filing, and maintaining employee onboarding, leave, and payroll records, mostly for wage staff
- Able to compile and update Health & Safety files in line with SHEQ requirements.
