- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and identify process improvements.
- Develop and implement customer-specific promotional programs in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Track execution and evaluate ROI to optimize future marketing and promotional investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to produce accurate demand forecasts, supporting efficient production planning.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively address supply chain disruptions to maintain strong service levels.
- Help reduce waste through precise volume planning and timely communication.
- Analyze account performance, category trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
