Strategic Account & Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Gain deep understanding of each client’s business strategy, goals, and operational challenges.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to align with both client and company growth objectives.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Lead sales growth initiatives across assigned strategic accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanded product distribution and deeper market penetration.
  • Drive growth through cross-selling, upselling, and negotiating favorable commercial agreements.
  • Consistently deliver against revenue, profitability, and volume targets.
Customer Negotiations
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, promotional funding, and new product introductions.
  • Ensure all agreements meet internal profitability benchmarks and strategic priorities.
  • Create and implement tailored account strategies to meet or exceed sales and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with supply chain, production, and operations teams to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and identify process improvements.
Promotions & Trade Marketing
  • Develop and implement customer-specific promotional programs in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Track execution and evaluate ROI to optimize future marketing and promotional investments.
Forecasting & Demand Planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to produce accurate demand forecasts, supporting efficient production planning.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively address supply chain disruptions to maintain strong service levels.
  • Help reduce waste through precise volume planning and timely communication.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Analyze account performance, category trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
  • Leverage insights and data to drive commercial decision-making and enhance customer outcomes.
Team Leadership
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the commercial function, focused on accountability and results.
