Job & Company DescriptionAre you a CA(SA) with 3–5 years’ post-articles experience and a track record of leading finance in complex environments? A leading player in the construction and roads sector is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and cash flow management for their growing group. This role requires someone sharp, decisive, and ready to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Full Financial Function: Oversee accounting, reporting, and cash flow for the group
Caseware (Preferred): Drive accurate reporting and consolidate results
Compliance & Controls: Maintain strong internal controls and ensure governance
Strategic Input: Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and performance management
Leadership: Mentor and guide finance staff while building team capacity

Qualifications & skills:

CA(SA) essential
3–5+ years’ post-articles experience
Industry exposure in construction/roads is highly advantageous
Strong reporting, cash flow management, and accounting expertise
Caseware experience
A confident communicator with strong leadership ability
