They will act as a key link between the company’s technical, sales, and R&D teams, ensuring high-quality technical support and knowledge transfer to customers, distributors, and applicators.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (essential).Proven experience in technical support, product training, and application engineering within the building materials or construction industry.Strong background in QA/QC inspections, specifications writing, and customer technical support.Ability to develop and deliver training programs (internal and external).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel locally for site support, customer training, and trade events.Key Responsibilities:Author and review project-specific system specifications.Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide on-site technical support.Develop and launch Approved Applicator Training Programs.Deliver technical and practical training on waterproofing, adhesives, construction, and consumer products.Organize and manage monthly public training seminars and product onboarding.Support distributors through trade events, seminars, and product demonstrations.Collaborate with global R&D teams on product development and localization.Manage product and project-specific sample manufacturing.Provide internal technical support, assisting with customer complaints and troubleshooting.Monitor and improve product performance while supporting quality and operations teams
