Branch Manager

• Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve daily sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage stock control, inventory counts, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee administrative processes including orders, queries, and banking.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent (compulsory).
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within a Wholesale or Retail environment.
• Management experience (advantageous).
• Technical knowledge of Refrigeration/HVAC (advantageous).
• Knowledge of appliance spares and HVAC essential.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Syspro, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Physically able to handle stock.
• Valid driver’s license required.
