Our client are seeking a HR Generalist Assistant to support the Financial Manager with salary reviewsAdvise, implement and administer Company Compensation BenefitsRecruitment of staff ie. advertise, screening, interviewing and recommendations to ManagersStaff performance management duties such as appraisals (bi-annually), identifying job training, identified future management potentials etc.Responsible for exit management and coordinating exit interviewsResponsible for the administration of benefits and allowances including UIF and MIBFAMonthly HR ReportsAd-hoc duties such as updating of staff files, assisting line managers with regards to policies and procedures and implement all HR strategic goalsMinimum Requirements:
