- Cross Product knowledge to service all inbound requests
- Issuing Quotes and Follow-up with KAMS & customers on all issued quotes
- Chasing up of and Draw-down of Back Order Book
- Order intake processing
- Buy-out order management, processing and expediting
- Ex-Works supplier relationship management
- Allocating, picking & invoicing
- Lead-time Management and communications to customer via the management of order acknowledgements
- Order loading and weekly production planned outputs receipted into FG stock, both customers works orders and stock orders
- Stock conversions
- GRAN Processing
- Quality Management and Technical Input and communications where required
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
