The incumbent will be responsible for all inbound sales activities and all outbound sales marketing. This is an out-come based portfolio responsible for invoiced Sales, Planning and Production Promise Dates, Lead-Time oversight, week by week progress measurement of jobs with Operations, all to ensure the movement of inventory/Orders out of dispatch and Invoiced OTIF and RTFT.Job Specification:Responsible for the provision of an effective Sales Support Management function.
  • Support to the KAMS
  • Familiarity and understanding of the customer opportunities and needs
  • Relationship building with Internal supply chain & customer base
  • Pricing and Price Lists per global customer
  • Cross Product knowledge to service all inbound requests
  • Issuing Quotes and Follow-up with KAMS & customers on all issued quotes
  • Chasing up of and Draw-down of Back Order Book
  • Order intake processing
  • Buy-out order management, processing and expediting
  • Ex-Works supplier relationship management
  • Allocating, picking & invoicing
  • Lead-time Management and communications to customer via the management of order acknowledgements
  • Order loading and weekly production planned outputs receipted into FG stock, both customers works orders and stock orders
  • Stock conversions
  • GRAN Processing
  • Quality Management and Technical Input and communications where required
Requirements:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
