Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the national CCTV sales strategy, including channel expansion, target setting, and go-to-market planning.
- Achieve KPIs in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Establish and grow relationships with installers, system integrators, distributors, and security solution providers.
- Develop partner enablement programs, pricing structures, and sales incentives tailored to the CCTV product range.
- Engage directly with key end users (retail, industrial, commercial sectors) to understand surveillance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations in coordination with pre-sales or technical teams.
- Oversee large project bidding, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Train and support channel partners, resellers, and installers on the company's CCTV product range.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's CCTV offerings.
- Work with internal technical teams to support installations, compatibility, and after-sales troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client- specific security requirements.
