- Client Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client needs and digital goals
- Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored digital strategies for clients across various platforms
- Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise client online presence to maximise performance
- Social media and digital solutions: Present and advise on social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Agency Engagement: Represent the group at national agency roadshows, events and client presentations
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure objectives are met
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies and partners to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Reporting: Provide regular post-campaign reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools,and best practices in the digital marketing and media landscape
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or media sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong existing relationships with digital agencies and clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skills
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media management and online advertising
- Familiarity with major digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email marketing and Wi-Fi advertising
