- Lead sales and demand creation across multiple customer tiers
- Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of projects with accurate forecasting
- Identify new market opportunities and drive brand specification with architects, project managers, engineers, and corporate clients
- Provide technical advice, conduct product trials, and resolve application challenges
- Deliver training and support to clients to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on forecasting, planning, and pricing strategies
- Represent the brand in large-scale tenders and high-profile commercial projects
- Minimum 7 years of external field sales experience in the vinyl, graphics, or signage industry
- Strong understanding of digital print media, reflective products, and application specifications
- Proven track record in managing distributor and converter relationships
- Solid grasp of tender processes and corporate project execution
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce ideal)
