Purpose of the RoleTo lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, the Company Group is enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns.The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:Stakeholder EngagementDeal with multiple businesses around the world in different industries. Be able to manage expectations and prioritise key strategic initiatives
Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align
marketing efforts. Provide insight and advice to businesses on channels to market.Campaign ManagementPlan and execute multichannel campaigns (digital (LinkedIn), print (brochures, newsletter, events (internal and external Provide tangible metrics to businesses on the effectiveness and performance of various campaigns.Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand identity across all subsidiaries and platforms.This includes logos, presentation templates, websites, and online print literaturePhysical MarketingPrepare and compile company print media, such as newsletters, corporate clothing, gifts, etc. Deal with suppliers to get the best deal in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.Digital Marketing
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and social media presence.
  • Manage paid media campaigns and analytics reporting.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
Team LeadershipLead and mentor marketing staff across business units.Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and report monthly on performanceWork with businesses in the group to utilise their budget for maximum impact and return.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
  • Proven track record in stragetic campaign execution and in brand development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketingR670K tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Additional Attributes
  • Creative thinker with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Exposure to businesses with multiple international operations will be advantageous.
