- Proven internal sales experience within valves, instrumentation, pneumatics, or electrical products.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to identify and understand basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Excellent numeracy skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Handling customer enquiries and processing sales.
- Preparing and following up on quotes, tenders, and invoices.
- Stock control, supplier liaison, and inter-branch support.
- Providing technical coordination and admin support for workshop repairs.
- Liaising with sales engineers to arrange client visits when needed.
- Supporting regional sales teams with quotations and expediting orders.
- Preparing daily reports and assisting with stock management systems.
