As our Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment operations. Working directly with the founder, you'll help drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to outreach and candidate care while also shaping how we serve clients and scale the business.Key Responsibilities:Proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)Screen candidates via phone, video, and written communication to ensure a strong fit for client needsCommunicate confidently in English (both written and verbal) with candidates and clientsRecord personalised voice and video notes for candidate outreachMaintain and update ATS/CRM systems with accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with international clients and teams, especially outside South AfricaOrganise and manage daily tasks using the MS365 tech stack (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote)Assist with the implementation (and potential management) of email or LinkedIn automation toolsPartner closely with the founder to refine processes and improve the candidate experienceSupport the development of the sourcing function, with potential to grow into a leadership role as the team expandsAbout You:3+ years of recruitment and sourcing experienceHighly organised, structured, and reliable with strong time management skillsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Open to feedback, coaching, and personal developmentComfortable with video and voice-based outreachTech-savvy, with hands-on experience in MS365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote)Experienced in using and updating ATS/CRM systemsPrior experience in a small business or working with international teams is a strong advantageFamiliarity with email or LinkedIn automation tools is a bonusCurious, growth-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to help build a business from the ground upOpen to developing leadership skills as the business growsMost importantly, you're motivated to make a difference not just to fill a role, but to contribute ideas, shape strategies, and help create something lasting.
