- Collaborate with maintenance teams, production teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for maintenance activities.
- Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to maintenance activities.
- Track and monitor the progress of maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Review and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
- File all maintenance schedules and documents.
- Compile and develop new schedules for teams.
- Reschedule and update all uncompleted and new maintenance tasks and align with budgetary requirements.
- Grade 12
- 5 years of experience in planned maintenance systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Salary: R550K/yr - R750K/yr
