Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to joint their team in the mining industry. As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and efficient dispatch of mining materials and equipment. Your role will involve coordinating with other departments, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations.Responsibilities:

Coordinate the dispatch of mining materials and equipment according to production schedules and customer demands
Liaise with the Production Supervisor on where available trucks should be.
Manage and optimize logistics and downtime.
Ensure accurate recording and tracking of inventory and shipments.
Supervise a team of dispatch personnel and provide guidance and training as needed.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

Grade 12 with Mathematics
5 years of mining experience in an opencast environment
Control Room working experience
Computer literate with extensive experience in Excel
Valid Drivers license

Benefits

Salary: R700K/yr - R900K/yr, negotiable
