- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and schedule corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities
- Track and report on maintenance performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the maintenance planning team to optimize resource allocation and reduce downtime
- 5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling within the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary: Negotiable
