Site Agent / Construction Site Manager

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and health & safety regulations
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks
• Maintain daily site records and reports
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any site issues or delays

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Relevant Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
