Site Manager BUILDING

• A large residential development in Stellenbosch
• A Shopping Centre development

• Full on-site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Oversee daily site operations, planning, and scheduling
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth progress and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage site administration, reporting, and progress meetings

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential and/or commercial building projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
