Sovereign, a national supplier of quality chicken products to various markets with operations in five provinces, is seeking a thorough and committed individual for the position of Supervisor: Support Team for its Cobb operations in the Agriculture division. The Supervisor: Support Team will lead and coordinate the Service Team across sites, ensuring chick placement, grading, vaccination, transfers, and maintenance activities. This position reports to the Senior Farm Manager.The ideal candidate must be in possession of a NQF level 4 certification and have at least 1 years' experience in poultry operations. A tertiary qualification in Farming Management or Animal Production will be advantageous.Results Required

Chick placement
Grading support
Reconfigure feed space
Collect vaccines timeously and store vaccines correctly
Coordinate the transfer of birds
Assist with sexing and vaccinating during peak
Road and Fence Maintenance
Schedule and oversee daily tasks across all sites and functions
Perform quality control checks on placement, grading, vaccination, and transfers
Enforce strict biosecurity measures
