Facilities Supervisor - East London

• Ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and facilities in their charge operate at peak efficiency.
• Responsible for providing technical and managerial support to the operations manager pertaining to the maintenance of the East London portfolio.
• Ensures operational budget adherence, management of soft services and other service providers on site.
• Ensures reliable and safe continuous operation in accordance with the statutory requirements and regulations in the building/equipment under his/her control.
• Planning and monitoring of projects, ensuring service providers/ contractors work effectively and timeously.
• Oversee asset management/inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering required supplies.

• Qualifications: Grade 12
• Computer literate in MS
• Additional Experience in Property industry
