- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and health & safety regulations
- Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain daily site records and reports
- Liaise with clients, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any site issues or delays
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Optional: SACPCMP registration or equivalent is a strong advantage
