Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor's Degree + Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - (Early Childhood Development or Foundation Phase).
Be SACE registered.
3 to 5 years of a successful track record in a similar senior leadership role within a school would be favourable.
Prioritise student's emotional wellbeing and holistic development.
Create an inclusive and caring environment for the Preschool community.
Have exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
Be self-motivated as well as being able to work under pressure and maintaining standards of excellence.
Provide innovative leadership by ensuring the development and implementation of an educational programme aligned with early childhood best practices globally.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of committed educators and support staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that promotes professional development.
Ensure compliance with regulations governing Early Childhood Education schools with a focus on safeguarding.
Develop and administer the Preschool budget, allocating teaching and learning resources effectively to support educational outcomes while maintaining financial responsibility.
Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians and the broader community through effective communication and support.
Show commitment and uphold the ethos, values and visions of the School.
Appreciate working in a values-driven, Christian environment.
