The successful applicant will have to adopt a holistic view to students in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. This is a full-time permanent role and its due to commence term 2 2024.STRATEGIC CONTRIBUTION OF THIS POSITIONDrive academic excellence at Inspired Schools.Providing quality education that enhances the Inspired brand.Providing opportunities to staff to attain their career goals.Help ensure the going concern of Inspired Schools.STAFF MANAGEMENT DUTIESConduct regular staff meetings to ensure that the school’s vision, mission, ethos and strategy development are clearly articulated and understood by members of the Inspired staff.Lead the appointment, appraisal and management of all school staff.Monitor, manage and implement the school budget and resources, curriculum, calendar and timetable, CPD programme, examinations and reporting systems.Support and guide members of staff, promoting a united staff, working for the good of the school.Ensure the marketing of the campus is effectively undertaken.Take responsibility and assist with the mentorship of all new staff members who join Inspired.Work in close collaboration with the Director in the development of the school.Play a lead role in the positive implementation of equal opportunities.Involved with the Disciplinary process when required.STUDENT MANAGEMENT DUTIESResponsible to communicate with parents at functions/ meetings/ Information Evenings around all matters.Liaise with parents, students and staff on admissions, academic programmes and discipline matters.Manage safeguarding roles, responsibilities and procedures within the campus.Ensure that student progress is effectively communicated to parents.Help to create and maintain an attractive, effective and exiting environment for learning.Promote the image of the school.Ensure that there is a culture of respect throughout the whole school.
