Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruiting top talent and ensuring high standards.
Academic Excellence: Overseeing educational programs and promoting achievement.
External Engagement: Leading marketing efforts and building partnerships.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PGCE.
Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years' teaching experience.
Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in independent schools.
