Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Public Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Project Management with 5 - 7 years' experience in a planning, quality standards assessment and audits, Project Management or process improvement role within a Business Standards environment, of which 2 - 3 years at a knowledge worker level.
