Job Summary Steers, Old Stokery Road, Wellington is seeking an experienced and self-driven Manager. This is a full-time on-site role. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, handling budgets and financial reporting, maintaining inventory ensuring excellent customer service and managing staff. Additional tasks include implementing company policies and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The Manager will also be responsible for training staff, addressing customer enquiries and feedback, and ensuring overall efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant Oversee opening and closing procedure including cash ups. Qualifications A minimum of Grade 12 (matric) Qualification in management or hospitality is advantageous Previous experience in the food and beverage industry would be an advantage Ability to handle budgets, financial planning, reporting and cost control Experience in management, leadership, and team coordination Customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene regulations, and inventory management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required Please send detailed cv.
