A formal culinary qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Senior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager role
Proven high-end restaurant / a la carte dining background
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and best practices
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
