
GTMS Training & Documentation Specialist

- Define, develop, and organize training materials (presenter decks, participant guides, exercises, job aids, SAP® Enable Now Simulations and scripts) utilizing department template and standardization guidelines for GTMS software. Materials will include the business need for the software as well as the technical steps to implement and utilize the system at the customer’s site.
- Designs and develops eLearning courses for customers and employees following department’s standards and templates for consistent content, aligning with GTMS Bootcamps.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists, customers, and trainers to develop delta classes and associated documentation.
- Teach virtual and in-person classes to diverse audiences and skill levels on business processes for implementing and utilizing GTMS software.
- Utilize department templates and other tools for reusable content for end-user and customer-tailored classes.
- Effectively manages multiple concurrent projects and deadlines within fast-paced, dynamic environments, utilizing strategic prioritization and adaptive planning to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively manage, report, and troubleshoot issues that occur in the system during course material development and pre-training testing.

0 years: Knowledge of SAP or ERP software products; Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP module experience.
0 years: Highly proficient in various Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Word.
