- Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management program.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into their processes.
- Facilitate risk management training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management and business resilience
- Assist in managing the organization's crisis management and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to enterprise risk and business resilience.
- Perform cross-industry research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and applicable benchmarks for enterprise risk and resilience.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) that support proactive risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in risk management is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in risk management is preferred.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies for risk monitoring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of business resilience protocols and incident response.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to perform cross-industry research to identify trends, emerging risks, and applicable benchmarks.
- Ability to communicate complex risk-related concepts to various audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
