Are you a strategic dealmaker with a proven track record in structuring and closing complex transactions? We are looking for a Senior Deal Origination Specialist to lead high-value deals, provide team oversight, conduct thorough due diligence, and present transactions to key decision-making committees.Key Responsibilities:Originate and assess deals up to R20 million and above.Lead and guide teams through transaction processes.Conduct detailed due diligence and risk assessments.Structure transactions and present recommendations to committees.Provide strategic insights through interpretation and analysis of financial statements.Qualifications:Relevant technical or commercial Honours degree.CA(SA) qualification advantageous.Experience:8-10 years in deal assessment and closing transactions.Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills.Proven experience in structuring and presenting transactions.Selection Process:Half-day Technical Assessment at Sandton (arrangements can be made for DBN or CPT candidates).
