Salary: Negotiable based on experience + uncapped commission potentialAbout the RoleAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- New Business Development: Identifying and closing new business opportunities across our product and service offerings.
- Client Account Management: Building strong, lasting relationships with an existing base of clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and new sales opportunities are recognized and closed
- Solution Selling: Presenting and selling a suite of integrated technology solutions including copiers, voice and data telecoms, internet connectivity, CCTV and access control systems.
- CRM & Sales Process Management: Effectively managing your pipeline and client engagements through our latest systems and comprehensive CRM platform.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to your clients.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the office automation, telecoms, or technology industries.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to offer what the computer cannot!
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for solution-based selling.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
