Requirements:

  • 5yeras min experience in Office Management and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
  • Sales Admin
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office systems.
  • A collaborative, service-minded approach.
  • Ideally, experience working in a church, ministry, or theological environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Support senior leadership with reporting, planning, and communication tasks.
  • Act as the central point of contact for staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with event coordination and church/theological activities where required.
