Job SummaryOur client specializes in the broad distribution of technology components with a strong focus on connectivity is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Processing Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper. Are you looking to grow your finance career?This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing business by ensuring accurate financial transaction processing, reconciliations, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities: * Accounts Payable & Receivable

Capture and process supplier invoices and customer transactions.
Timeous and correct allocation of payments and receipts.
Monthly reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
Debtors Follow-Up & Administration

Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on payments.
Maintain communication logs and update AR status reports.
Financial Data Entry

Accurate financial data entry into accounting and admin systems.
Flag and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
Reconciliations & Record Keeping

Assist with bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.
Maintain organised documentation to support audits and internal controls.
General Finance Support

Assist the finance team with filing, scanning, ad hoc reporting, and month-end processes.

? Qualifications & Experience:

A formal qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field (advantageous).
1+ year experience in finance processing, junior bookkeeping, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. (Pivot tables, Macros)

Solid understanding of AR/AP and financial document flow.
